Anniversary Exclusive Holiday Bundle
Two special wines for a special season. This year, A to Z turned 15 and created two beautiful Anniversary wines - the A to Z Bubbles & the A to Z The Essence of Oregon Pinot Noir. Bundle comes with a complimentary A to Z Tea Towel.
A to Z Bubbles
The lovely, pale pink A to Z Bubbles invite with juicy, ripe fruit aromas. Notes of strawberry, raspberry, watermelon, cherry, white peach, nectarine and apricot are joined by white flowers and a hint of creaminess. The bubbles dance on the tongue with mouth-watering acidity that leaves one wanting more.
Primarily Pinot Noir with a bit of Chardonnay (10%), the fruit was left in contact with the skins to get the perfect color, a traditional, natural technique preferable to blending back red wine. Several different aromatic and Rosé yeasts were used during fermentation in 100% stainless steel for freshness.
A donation to the Oregon SMART program (Start Making a Reader Today) will be made for every case of 2016 A to Z Wineworks Bubbles sold.
The Essence of Oregon Pinot Noir
To celebrate our 15th Anniversary, we created a special, limited bottling of Pinot Noir from the great 2015 vintage.
Over the years workign with more than 100 vineyards, we have observed how different sections of vineyards shine under different conditions. In 2015, Oregon had a warmer than usual summer coupled with a cooler than usual fall setting up ideal conditions to let grapes hang to perfect ripeness. We selected superior blocks from 35 vineyards to make this blend. The result? Deep flavors and rich texture for a celebratory bottling.
